E.ON Next tariffs are powered by 100% renewable electricity. This includes both business and home tariffs, sourced through renewable generation assets and independent UK wind generators, alongside purchasing Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs).

REGOs prove that the electricity comes from renewable sources. One REGO is issued for each megawatt hour generated. E.ON Next’s electricity comes from wind, solar, or hydro sources. They also own biomass plants in Lockerbie and Sheffield, which together power around 100,000 UK homes.
